This policy explains what Arloh collects when you use arloh.ai and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Data you license to us as an operator is governed by your written agreement with Arloh.
What we collect
- Estimate form. Your name, work email, company, role, industry, and the size, history and systems answers you give, plus the estimate we show you.
- Booking a call. The name, email and notes you enter in our scheduling tool, provided by Calendly.
- How you reached us. The link or ad that brought you to the site.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, device and browser information, and IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To prepare your estimate, contact you, and run the call you booked.
- To understand which channels bring operators to Arloh, and to improve the site.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and cookies
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you visit the site, finish an estimate or book a call, Meta may receive information about that event, such as your IP address, browser details, cookie identifiers and a hashed (scrambled) version of your email. Meta uses this to report on and improve ad delivery, under Meta's privacy policy. You can manage how Meta uses this data for ads in your Meta ad preferences, and you can block cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of the site and our follow-up: Vercel (hosting), Calendly (scheduling), Meta (advertising measurement), and the tools we use to receive and organize enquiries, such as Slack and Airtable. They process the information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable time afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it for advertising measurement. Email contact@arloh.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. contact@arloh.ai reaches us with any questions.
